Definitions of Each online appointment option is as follows : Current patients cleanings -- ( Patients that have been seen in our office with- in the last 6 months) . New Patient Adult --- ( Required if you have never been seen in our office or if it has been over one year since your last visit. This appointment will consist of a complete set of x-rays and a comprehensive exam to discuss what type of cleaning is necessary for your oral health and you will then be scheduled for that specific cleaning once a treatment plan has been discussed). Emergency Patient ----- Exam and x-ray only ( then a treatment plan will be discussed and scheduled if unable to complete treatment same day). Cancellation Policy : We require a 48 business hours notice if you want to reschedule the appointment or we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee. Our business hours are Monday - Thursday 8-5pm .
